Public contract for the selection of a contractor for reconstruction and new construction of the pensioners' house Ptuj, Unit Juršinci with environmental considerations. : Juršinci.

The public contract covers the preparation of project documentation in a project for obtaining a building permit (PGD), acquiring a building permit, developing a project for implementation (PZI) and a project of works (PID) and carrying out all the GOI works for the needs of the reconstruction and new construction of the Ptuj Pensioners' House, Unit Juršinci and supplying all required equipment and acquisition of all necessary administrative permits for the surrender of the object to the customer (egis) to the extent specified in this tender documentation. The subject of the public procurement is also the reconstruction of the existing boiler room and its adaptation for the needs of new construction and optimization from the point of view of energy use for the existing facility.
