Broadly speaking, the contract includes the underground work for drinking water, electricity, gas, HFC and telecommunications networks for lot 2 (North-East area) and lot 3 (West)

The Contracting authorities want all possible work that can reasonably be covered by the aforementioned construction work (including ammoveringen, remediation, reconstruction, new construction and other related activities) in the arean in these (Framework) agreements, with respect to current contracts (namely remediation), work with third parties other than network companies in Combi Midden, both solo and in combi. What is meant by this is that the Contracting Services want flexibility in the Framework Agreement; if the Tenderer initiates related and / or unforeseen activities (for example a piece of remediation)encountering a field, it must also be possible to pick it up under this Framework Agreement. These are small-scale activities. In the case of, for example, major clean-ups (on a project basis), these will not fall under the present (Framework) agreement.
