Offert includes a framework agreement consisting of a total of two sub-agreements divided by the subject areas EL-works and plumbing works in the field of hand-work services, including 2 trade contracts in connection with the construction of a veterinary emergency building.

SSI has need to be able to obtain manual work services in connection with planned and daily operation and maintenance of building stockn SSI Campus

SSI's campus area has a total area of 75, 000 m2 with approximately 70 buildings and 3, 100 rooms. SSI Campus mainly consists of owner SSI and rents AJ Vaccines as well as units under the Ministry of Health and Electricity. Appendix 4 to Appendix A contains an overview of the SSI Campus and the associated buildings.

In addition to the daily operation and maintenance of the current buildings, Ongoing renewal of and extension of the building stock, where the Contracting Authority also needs hand-work services.

Contract management and administration of the Framework Agreement itself will be with SSI, which is also the point of contact for the future Contractor for the delivery of the services. Electricity works, which are defined on the basis of SSI's needs. SSI's expected collectionThe consumption is DKK 6, 000, 000 per year. The stated expected consumption, however, may vary for years, as the stated consumption is estimated based on SSI's consumption over the past 3 years. For further information on the sub-agreement and its scope, please refer to Appendix A with the appendix attached thereto.

In addition to Part-agreement 1, the tender also includes trade contract E09 EL in connection with the construction of a 600 m2 veterinariancabs building (floor area approx. 1, 800 m2) to be used when there is suspicion or outbreak of a serious contagious disease in Denmark's production animal or ordinary game stock. The building contains laboratories for diagnostics and analyzes that meet BSL 3 requirements. E09 EL has an estimated contract sum of DKK 3, 700, 000.

It is a prerequisite for the award of Sub-Agreement 1 that the Offeror mayn supply the associated sub-agreement. The purpose of the E09 is to ensure that the covered EL-works are established, delivered and installed, which are decisive for the building's completion. The scope of the trade contract appears from Appendix C with the appendices in particular, the extent of the works specified in Appendix 7 with sub-appendices.

The works must start on 4.12.2019 and be carried out in accordance withIt is noted that the Tenderer may apply for and submit bids as a consortium or by relying on other economic operators' financial and financial capacity, cf. section VI.3). In this context, the aggregate figures of the merged companies would have to meet the minimum requirements. Applicants including expected subcontractors, as part of their application, must submit an ESPD as a preliminary proof of the matters referred to in section 148 (1), no. For an association of companies (eg a consortium), a separate ESPD must be submitted for each of the participating financial actors.

Applicant / Tenderer will be excluded from participation in the tendering procedure if the Applicant / Tenderer is covered by the mandatory exclusion grounds mentioned in sections 135 and 136 of the Tender Act, and the grounds for exclusion stated in section 137 (1) of the Tender Act. 1, no- 7, unless the Applicant / Tenderer has provided sufficient evidence that this is trustworthy in accordance with Section 138 of the Procurement Act.

Prior to the award decision, the Tenderer whose contracting entity intends to award the Contract shall provide evidence of the information provided in the ESPD pursuant to section 151-152 of the Public Procurement Act, cf. section 153.

Each applicant can apply forpre-qualification on a single or both sub-agreements. When applying for both sub-agreements, applications must be submitted separately for each agreement.

As soon as the same legal entity is part of or otherwise participates in the requests of several applicants, the applicant must ensure that the same legal entity's participation does not allow for mutually affecting the content of the various applicants' requestsgives a review meeting during the pre-qualification phase, where the Contracting Authority will review the process for applying for pre-qualification. The meeting is primarily intended companies that have not previously participated in a bidding process, but all potential applicants are welcome. The aim is to guide potential applicants through the material, so that all potential applicants feel able to sharetake in this tender. Details of the scope of the tender will not be examined.
