CPV Description: Building design for the restructuring of the maternity building of the University Hospital of Pointe-a-Pitre / Abymes
Operation in design realization for the restructuring of the maternity building of the University Hospital including 4 levels for a surface area of 2, 900 m SDO.
Main Site: Pointe-a-Pitre / Abymes University Hospital, route de Chauvel, 97159 Pointe-a-Pitre.
The various components of the operation are:
- creation of a new obstetrical block in the maternity building,
- restructuring of units of hospitalization of the building,
- reorganization of the service of the gyneco-obstetrical emergencies,
- reorganization of the reception-admission,
- rehabilitation of consultation - echography,
- optimization of the organization of the homesto medical,
- creation of a link to the 3 floor between patient lifts and the operating block,
- setting security standards,
- putting into service of the 4 operating rooms of the central block.
The building is currently unoccupied.
The operation will be carried out according to a phasage which will guarantee the maintenance of the activities of the hospital and which will ensure an optimal delay for the studies as for the works.
Reinformation and formalities necessary to assess whether these requirements are fulfilled: the candidate must produce the following documents in accordance with Article 48 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. Each member of the group, if any, issues the numbered pieces 2 to 5; the letter of application is common to the grouping:
1- a letter of candidature and authorization of the mandatary by his cotr(precise details and signature (s) of all co-contractors (indication of the form of the grouping, identification of the authorized representative, authorization or not given to the latter) (or prints Dc 1);
2- a declaration on the the candidate's honor to justify that he does not enter any of the cases of prohibition to tender to the public marches;
3- documents relating to the powers of the persthe candidate is in receivership, the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced for this purpose;
5- certificate of insurance for occupational risks.
The candidate (each member of the grouping) will produce the Dc2 print in its latest update, in which it will record, among other things, the total turnover and the turnover forservices or works object of the market, realized during the last 3 years available. If the candidate is objectively unable to produce such justification, he may present any other means of proving his financial capacity.
In the case of recourse to other economic operators to justify his economic and financial capacities, in particular recourse to the under-treatedIn this case, the candidate transmits the pieces concerning these economic operators and a written commitment of these justifying that the candidate disposes of their capacities for the execution of the market. The recourse to the procedure of design-realization is justified by the technical constraints. of the operation and especially the need to reopen the service as soon as possible after the incident of 28.11.2017.
The consultation file will be given free of charge to the candidates selected by the contracting authority.
The duration mentioned in section II.2.7 is as of the notification of the market and does not include the year of perfect completion. .
