Y93 SDU-SUND

In extension of the ownership of the construction of Niels Bohr The Road Directorate has temporarily taken over the building. management and execution responsibility for the implementation of 4 of the building projects' construction projects, including SDU-SUND, which concerns anew Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Southern Denmark, to which this announcement relates. SDU-SUND comes to the best of approx. 50 600 m2. The new building will house SUND's research and education activities.

SDU-SUND is the best of approx. 50 600 m2. The new building will house SUND's research and education activities, including laboratories, accountsfacilities and facilities for animal shelters, anatomy and forensic institutes. The project is placed in direct connection with the new university hospital - Ny Odense University Hospital (New OUH). The objective is that an integration of the two institutions will allow for further cooperation, optimal use of land and common functions, such as classrooms, laboratoryrides, auditoriums, etc.

The proximity to New OUH will be of great importance to the cooperation and the interdisciplinary environment, which is between the University's 5 faculties and OUH. The connection zone between the two buildings is part of the SDU-SUND project. The building takes off in SDU Campus Odense's building structure and architectural form and is generally laid out in 3 north-south flags. The flies are connected by a number of 0st-vestaircases, where there are living areas in close connection with common facilities such as meeting rooms, printing rooms and kitchenettes. The building is a total of 3 floors with a partially abandoned party tree, allowing paths and landscapes to pass under the building and allows for the establishment of a crossing of Killerup Rende, which takes the least possible into nature. There is an approved endAlplan for the area.

The building of SDU-SUND is divided into 5 entrances 4 major and 1 professional contracts:

- Y40 Rahus, construction site,

- Y93 Closure, facade and roof,

- Y60 - Completion, T0mrer, Forge, Paint, Fixed fixtures, final cleaning,

- TEK - Y170 - Plumbing and sprinkling, Y180 - Ventilation, Y190 - Electricity, Low current and Lift and Y192 - BMS (CTS and IBI) and space automation, BML Lab,

- Y250 Laboratory(Y93).

Applicant must provide information on the company's net sales for the last 3 financial statements (auditor's report or copy of annual accounts).

For companies that have remained Established for a shorter period, the information will be forwarded for as long a period as possible.

If ans0If a company is a group of companies, the information must be given for each company, as the sum of business net sales must meet the minimum requirement.

If the applicant is a group of companies, authorization must be given to a person authorized to sign the association. All participating companies are jointly and severally liable for the performance of the contract.

This must be done by submitting commitments from these entities in the form of a declaration of solidarity .

There are no information about other planned subcontractors if financial and financial capacity aThe applicant does not base himself on meeting the minimum requirement.
