The subject of the contract is a complete reconstruction of the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in London, 25 Kensington Palace Gardens, Londyn, which will be realized according to the project documentation General reconstruction of the building of ZU Londyn prepared in 09/2018, in accordance with the terms of the zoning permit Permission for Development (Conditional) issued by Planning and Borough Development on 23.1.2018, in accordance with the building permit issued by the local building office of Clarke Banks, London on 1June 5, 2018 and in accordance with Crown Estate terms set out in License for Alterations dated June 26, 2019

Main Site: Place of performance is 25 Kensington Palace Gardens, London, UK.

The Embassy of the Slovak Republic in London was built in 1969 and in 1971 won the prestigious Prize of the British Society of British Architects (RIBA) for the best new building in Londone. The building has 2 underground floors, 5 aboveground floors and a total usable area of 2, 962.88 m. The building houses the embassy`s administrative premises, the consular department, the representative premises, the economic-technical premises, the underground garage, the employee`s flats and one courtyard apartment. Subject of reconstruction work, layout changes (building new partitions), replacement of allxterier glazed walls and windows, replacement of floors, replacement of wall surfaces (paintings, cladding), repair of wooden interior elements (staircase, rails, doors, cabinets, ...). and cooling, central heating, wiring, structured cabling, gas installation, fireand signaling and fire alarm, replacement of boiler room, lift, reconstruction of hard surfaces, ramps for garages, water supply, sewerage and gas connections. ) neither he nor his statutory body, nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the supervisory body, nor thefor the offense of corruption, the offense of harming the financial interests of the European Communities, the offense of legalization of criminal offenses, the offense of establishing, raping and supporting a criminal group, the offense of establishing, raping or supporting a terrorist group;, crime of human trafficking, criminal(b) has no arrears of social security premiums and the health insurance company does not register any overdue receivables against it under special regulations in the Slovak Republic or in the State of residence, place of business or usual residence;d) no bankruptcy, no restructuring, liquidation or pledged bankruptcy against its property in accordance with special regulations in the Slovak Republic or in the state of residence, place of business or usual residence; proceedings for lack of property or canceled bankruptcy due to lack of property, e) is entitled to deliver goods, (f) has not been prohibited from participating in a public contract confirmed by a final decision in the Slovak Republic or in the State of residence, place of business or usual residence; serious breach of the duty to protect the environment(h) has not committed, in the previous 3 years since the announcement or demonstrable commencement of a public contract, of a serious breach of his professional obligations, procurer and procurer to prove.

(2) Uchthe applicant demonstrates compliance with the conditions for participation pursuant to paragraph 1 (a) (p). (a) accompanied by an extract from the criminal record not older than three months;. (b) documented confirmation by a health insurance company and a Social Insurance Agency not older than 3 months; (c) documented by the certificate of the local tax office and the local customs office not older than 3 months; (d) documented confirmationof the relevant barrel not older than 3 months, . (e) documented evidence of entitlement to supply the goods, to carry out the works or to provide a service corresponding to the subject of the contract; (3) The applicant registered in the relevant registers of the Slovak Republic is not obligatory under - 32 para. 3 of the Public Procurement Act (due to the use of data from informpublic administration systems) to submit to the contracting authority documents pursuant to paragraph 2 pism. (a), (b), (c) and (e). If the tenderer fails to submit the document referred to in paragraph 2 (pism). a) is obliged to prove the condition according to paragraph 1 pism. (a) to provide the contracting authority with the data necessary for requesting an extract from the criminal record.

Not required. (1)(2) The contracting authority pursuant to - 40 para. 6 pism. Rules for the delivery of consignments: the consignment is considered delivered to the candidate / tenderer at the moment of its receipt. The moment at which an objective option is addressed shall be deemed to be the moment of acceptanceto become acquainted with its content, i. how suddenly the shipment gets to the spheres of his disposition. Delivery of written documents within the framework of the revision procedures is governed by the UVO Interpretative Opinion no. 3 / 2018.

(6) The offer is made electronically in accordance with - 49 par. 1 pism. a) ZVO and entered into the Josephine system located at https://josephine.proebiz.com/ Submission of offers is allowed only authenticatedym applicants. Authentication can be done in two ways:

- in the Josephine system by registering and logging in with an ID card with an electronic chip and a security personality code (eID). The system is authenticated by a company, which is registered by the company `s statutory officer using eID. Authentication is performed by the system provider Josephine on working days from 8 am to 4 pm, alor - by means of an authorization code, which will be sent to the address of the tenderer`s firm in the form of registered mail in the case when the company uses eID to register a person who is not a statutory company or is registered to the system using a password. The time limit for this termination is 4 working days and it is necessary to take this time into account when submitting the offer.

(7)tenderers who submit a tender shall be required to ensure the security of the tender. The conditions for depositing, releasing and returning the security are specified in section A.3 "Security" of the tender documents. A security of EUR 150 000 is required (EUR 150, 000) (8) The site inspection of the works will take place on 4.2.2020 at 10.00. UTC (London time) per mi25 Kensington Palace Gardens, London. In the case of interest in the inspection, the interested party, through the communication interface of the Josephine system, informs the contracting authority`s contact person in advance of participation in the inspection. Any interested party who does not notify the contracting authority beforehand may attend the inspection and shall be present at the said date. (9) Fromthe justification for the non-division of the contract is contained in a separate document published in the contracting authority`s profile.
