GOJ — HCS — T Our Hospital Project Multi-Disciplinary Design and Build Delivery Partner

The Government of Jersey is seeking to procure a `Design and Build Constructor and Delivery Partner`, to design, procure and construct the `Our Hospital` project. A (multi-disciplinary) design and build delivery partner is sought to provide the full suite of delivery services and works. The procurement of hospital pre-construction services, subsequent build with the option of facilities management services.
The objective of the project is to design, select a site and build a modern, fit-forpurpose hospital that will meet the health and care needs of Islanders in the context of the overall strategic health and care policies, as adopted by the states assembly. The authority is seeking a delivery partner, to formulate the design, procure and construct the `Our Hospital` project. The successful entity will be able to successfully undertake a `turnkey` role. The authority may also secure facilities management services from the delivery partner.
