Conditions of participation:

- minimum number of references for similar works and of the same nature: 3 references (Lot 1 and lot 2),
- minimum annual turnover in the trade Concerning: 1 500 000 EUR (Lot 2) under penalty of nullity, the documents of submission are to be downloaded on the portal of the public markets (www.pmp.lu). The opening of the submissionIt will take place in the tender room displayed at the reception of the SIDEN administrative building in Bleesbrueck, L-9359 Bettendorf. The site visit is subject to the approval of the tenderer.
In accordance with the law and the regulations on the public markets, the delivery and the electronic opening of the offers is mandatory for this market.
Under penalty of exclusion, the offers doivbe placed on the public markets portal (www.pmp.lu), before the dates and times fixed for the opening. Offers in paper form will not be accepted. This is a separate lot auction. The start of work for lot 1 is scheduled for March 2020 and the implementation period is 600 working days.
The start of work for lot 2 is scheduled for March 2020 and theExecution time is 650 working days.
