Conditions of participation:
- minimum number of staff of the economic operator occupies in the trade relates to: 100 pe(lot 1),
- minimum number of references for similar works of the same kind: 3 references (lot 1 and lot 2),
- minimum annual turnover in the trade concerns: EUR 2 500 000 (lot 2) under penalty of nullity, the tender documents are to be downloaded on the public markets portal (www.pmp.lu).
The opening of the tender will take place in the submission room.card at the reception of the administrative building of SIDEN, in Bleesbrueck, L-9359 Bettendorf. The site visit is left to the tenderer's appreciation. In accordance with the laws and regulations on public markets, the delivery and the electronic opening of tenders is obligatory for this market. On pain of exclusion, the offers must be posted on the marc portalhes public (www.pmp.lu), before the dates and times fixed for the opening. Offers in paper form will not be accepted. This is a separate lot auction. The start of work for lot 1 is scheduled for December 2019 and the execution period is 520 working days. The start of work for lot 2 is planned for January 2020 and the execution time is 350 daysworking.
