Remediation of the commune of Clervaux

U1330-12 Construction of a storm basin (volume 122 m) with main collector and laying of a water pipe in the as well as the construction of a car park on the Benelux square in Clervaux. Works of civil engineering (lot 1) and electromechanical equipment (lot 2).
- chapter 1: works of thea construction of the car park (AC Clervaux project),
- chapter 2: civil works of the storm basin and the collector (SIDEN project).
Conditions of participation:
- minimum number of staff of the economic operator occupies in the profession concerns: 100 persons (lot 1),
- minimum number of references for similar works and of the same nature: 3 references (lot 1 and lot 2),
- figure ofminimum annual business in the field concerns: EUR 2 000 000 (lot 2)
Under penalty of invalidity, the tender documents are to be downloaded on the public markets portal (www.pmp.lu). The opening of the tender will take place in the tender room displayed at the reception of the administrative building of SIDEN, in Bleesbrueck, L-9359 Bettendorf.
The site visit is left to the satisfaction ofthe bidder. In accordance with the laws and regulations on public markets, the delivery and the electronic opening of tenders is obligatory for this market. Bids must be placed on the public procurement portal (www.pmp.lu) before the dates and times fixed for opening.
Paper-based offers will not be accepted.This is a separate lot award.
The start of work for lot 1 is scheduled for September 2019 and the execution time is 442 working days. The start of the works for lot 2 is scheduled for August 2019 and the execution time is 361 working days.
