D71 Framework Agreement, Minor Additional Works

Bergen Light Rail Development shall enter into a framework agreement with one — 1 — contractor who shall carry out minor works connected to traffic safety measures, improving existing solutions, supporting works for technical contractors and other works of a similar nature on the stretch between the centre of Bergen and Fyllingsdalen (Construction stage 4). Works on the current line from the centre of Bergen to Flesland may also be relevant. In case the construction stage 5 for Asane is initiated, the works thereof can be included in this contract.

Bergen Light Rail Development shall enter into a framework agreement with one — 1 — contractor who shall carry out minor works connected to traffic safety measures, improving existing solutions, supporting works for technical contractors and other works of a similar nature on the stretch between the centre of Bergen and Fyllingsdalen (Construction stage 4). Works on the current line from the centre of Bergen to Flesland may also be relevant. In case the construction stage 5 for Asane is initiated, the works thereof can be included in this contract.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Documentation requirements:

Norwegian tenderers:

Company registration certificate.

Foreign tenderers:

Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract. Due to the nature of the framework agreement, the annual turnover must be minimum 30 000 000 NOK.

Documentation requirement:

The tenderer's Annual Financial Statements including notes with the board and auditor's reports from 2016, 2017 and 2018.

If the Annual Financials Statement for the 2018 is not finished before the application deadline for this contest expires, the preliminary Annual Financial Statements for 2018 must also be attached.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to collect a credit assessment from Experian or a similar company.

Financial strength will be evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.
