1. The contract involves the conclusion of a framework agreement with three (3) potential contractors to carry out construction work on sites, The activity will be expressed mainly in the following works: Geodesic, Patna, Permanent Traffic Organization, WADD, and other projects, PB, "Electrical", "Street Lighting", TC, "Water Supply", "Drainage", "Gas Pipeline", PZP, PPSO, Author's Supervision and Building- building an accessible infrastructure environment (technical and road).

Main Site: Sofia, Bozhurishte, Karlovo, Kardzhali, Suvorovo, Telish

1. The scope and volume of individual contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement will depend on the particular need of the contracting entity and on the requirements of the regulatory framework within the framework of the framework agreement.the underground network to be built is 2100 m:

- for Sofia - 600 m;

- for Bojurishte - 13 000 m,

- for Suvorovo - 3 400 m,

- for Kardzhali - 1200 m,

- for Karlovo - 2 300 m,

- for Telish - 2 200 m

2. For each specific implementation contract to be concluded under the agreement, the contracting entity will conduct an internal competitive choice, specifying the place of performance, the volumeof the work and the maximum execution time in the written invitation to the contractors to submit a tender. For each separate assignment, the assignor will assign according to the financial resources available to him at that time

Note: If the procedure reveals that there are not enough potential contractors meeting the selection criteria and / ora staggering number of bids meeting the pre-announced conditions, the contracting entity will only enter into a framework agreement with the participants who meet the selection criteria and whose bids meet the pre-announced conditions, although the number of rated participants will be less than three. The participant in the procedure is required to have a registration in the Central Professional RegisterBuilder's Builder (CPSR) to the Bulgarian Construction Chamber in accordance with Art. 3, para. 2 of the Construction Chamber Act for execution of constructions from the second group of constructions from first to third category, third group of constructions from second to fifth category; fourth group of constructions from third to fourth category, and for non-residents - in analogous registers under thethe Member State in which they are established. If the participant is a grouping that is not a legal entity, compliance with the selection criterion shall be demonstrated by each of the persons included in it who will carry out the relevant activity according to the distribution of the participation of the persons in the performance of the activities provided in the contract document creating a reunion.

When the participant provides for the participation ofsubcontractors, the compliance with the selection criterion is also proved by them according to the type and the share of the order they will execute and for them there should be no grounds for disqualification.

When submitting a tender, the information on the requirement is indicated by the participant EEDOP in accordance with the instructions for its completion. 67, para. 5 of the PPA, the contracting authority may requireof the participants at any time to submit all or part of the documents proving the information specified in EEDOP when this is necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure. For foreign persons - an analogous document proving such registration in a similar register, according to the legislation of the Member State in which they are established, or equivalent.and a contract for performance of the contract, the contractor shall submit a copy of the registration document to the TSPR to the Chamber of Builders of the Republic of BULGARIA pursuant to Art. 3, para. 2 of the CPA for the execution of constructions from the second group of constructions from the first to the third category, third group of constructions, from the second to the fifth category; fourth group of constructions from third to fourth category, if the document is not presented po the order of art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. A document shall be presented to a foreign person proving that he has the right to perform the assigned activity in the Republic of Bulgaria, including the fact that he has carried out the respective registration pursuant to the Chamber of Builders Act in connection with Art. 112, para. 1, item 4 of the Public Procurement Act. The participant must have valid professional liability insurance of the participantsconstruction and design under Art. 171 of the TDA, covering the minimum insurance sum for the respective construction category, as follows: first category according to the Ordinance on the terms and conditions for compulsory insurance in the design and construction, or a corresponding valid equivalent document. The participant declares compliance with the requirement set out in Part IV "Selection Criteria", B "Economic and financial condition ", item 5 of EEDOP Proof of conformity shall be established by the procedure of Article 67, Paragraphs 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Act, including upon conclusion of a contract, with a copy of an insurance policy for insurance" Professional responsibility "and / or by reference to a public register.
