CMP SLEtwo are to be executed as follows:

- Block No. 1B (for administration) - the building has an area of 338 sq. m., 6 floors plus a basement and a total built-up area of 2 366 sq. m.

The following repair activities :

- Repair of the lobby and the external staircase of the building, including: replacement of the entrance doors; plastering and painting of ceilings and walls; painting with oil paint on metal pipes and wiresfrom the heating system; repair of electrical installation; replacement of lighting fixtures, etc. - Repair of the staircase, including: replacement of the window frames throughout height and width along the north fa-ade of the staircase; repairing, grinding and polishing of the stairs; cleaning and painting of metal surfaces (including metal lattices of windows on the eastern fa-ade of a pillarthe metal part of the stair railing, metal pipes and radiators); replacement of the wooden handles on the stair railing, etc. - Block 3 - Multifunctional building consisting of one-storey and two-storey sections with a total built-up area of 826 sq. m., unfolded built-up area of 1 572 sq. m. The construction is reinforced concrete, the roof is flat.

The air conditioning / ventilation system, -which serves the conference hall on the second floor is made of metal rectangular air ducts made of galvanized steel sheet, equipped with a cooling unit, recuperation blocks, pipe pipes made of steel pipes. The cooling unit is air / water, with a cooling output of 60.3 kW. The unit is mounted on the flat roof of the low building body, and the hydraulic modules and-the pipe network is installed in the ventilation room in the southern part of the floor

The installation was built more than 15 years ago. At present it is amortized and does not function.

The following repair activities are foreseen: - Repair of the lobby and the external staircase of the building, including: replacement of the entrance doors; painting the walls and ceilings in the foyer on the first floor with repair and plasteron compromised plots; painting of metal pipes and radiators from the heating system, etc. - Repair of the staircase to the second floor, including: repair of the walls and ceilings, incl. scraping of old paint, removal of substrates, priming with contact primer and latex painting,

- Repair of hall, foyer, sanitary facilities, ventilation room and corridorsecond floor flooring, including: scraping old paints and putties, painting all walls with latex; painting with oil paint on metal pipes and radiators from the heating system, etc. - Complete repairs of the roof of the building, including: laying of a new waterproofing coating; replacement of sheet metal liners and water removal elementsit; repair of chimneys and ventilation shafts; etc. - - Dismantling and installation of a water cooling unit installed on the low roof body with construction of the necessary platform for its installation, - - Administrative building - the building has a built-up area of 544 sq. m., 6 floors plus a basement and a total built up area of 3, 808 square meters. It is planned to repair 7 (seven) working premises, sanitariumavenues on the sixth floor, including: scraping of old cracked paint and plaster on walls and ceilings, ground coat, priming and latex painting; replacement of ceramic tiling and flooring; installation of suspended ceilings; replacement of plumbing installations, lighting fixtures, sanitary faience, etc., as well as repair of the entrance and the external staircase, including: replacement of the entrance doors (internal and external); ceiling repairand walls of the lobby; painting of metal pipes and radiators from the heating system; placing a blowing film on glass; repair of the electrical installation, incl. high voltage and low current (including expansion of fire alarm, communication, information, video surveillance and security alarm); and others. referred to in TC and CC.

The participants, including their subcontractors, if any, according to youand the share of their participation, should be entered in the Central Professional Register of Builders (TSPR) to the Bulgarian Chamber of Builders for the execution of construction works of Group I, according to Art. 5, para. 1, item 1 of the Rules for Order for Entry and Maintenance of the Central Professional Register of Constructors (PIRVPPR), fourth category of construction or higher (third, second or first), according to Art. 5, par. 6 of the PIRVPRS and V Group: for types of construction works with code 43.22 "Construction of plumbing, sewerage, heating and air-conditioning installations" ("Construction" of NACE.BG-2008) according to art.
