Udbud af handvaerkerydelser for almene boligorganisationer tilknyttet AlmenIndk0b

Dette udbud vedr0rer indgaelse of framework agreements for manual services for the operation and maintenance of public housing. The workers / assignments concern both internal and external maintenance and repair tasks on existing building stock. These are both acute tasks, as well as smaller and larger planned maintenance projects. The assignments will be ordered as required.

AlmenIndk0bhas the need for framework agreements with craftsmen in different disciplines and in different geographic areas.

The tender is divided into 4 sub-agreement types in a number of geographical locations.

The four areas of the subcontracts are:

A) Electricity works, including weak currents,

B) Drying and joinery,

C) Plumbing, gas and ventilation work, including technical insulation and plumber work,

D) RemovalTasks.

The list of geographical locations of the subcontracts is stated in Appendix 6 of the Framework Agreement. The value of the individual sub-agreements appears from the overview. Note that the stated value is based on historical consumption and thus the expected level.

The A-C contracts have an upper limit for tasks. The divisions thus comprise only tasks with an estimated assignment value of up to 500 000 DKK incl. materials and equipment. Subsection D has no upper limit.

The assignment of the specific tasks will either be done by direct allocation to the cheapest supplier of the framework agreement or through a renewed competition (a mini-offer). The award procedure is described in the Purchase Agreement (Framework Agreement Appendix 1).

AlmenIndk0b Wants to enter into a framework agreement with 4 suppliers each-lot. In addition, a reserve space is allocated per. agreement which may be used in the event of disappearance of one of the four suppliers in the framework agreement, including as a result of termination or suspension.

Suppliers are required to settle a sales commission to AlmenIndk0b at 3% of the turnover they ship via framework Agreement. The sales commission finances the purchase bank's drift and development. The terms for payment of sales commission are described in the Framework Agreement.
