This project involves:
This project involves:
1) demolition of Existing Building;
2) retaining Facade and Alterations to another Building;
3) construction of a 2 storey block comprising Local Council Offices (Class 4A), Family Resource Centre and Day Centre) Class 2C;
4) finishes of all the Project including Air Conditioning and Lift Installation;
5) tender will be divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 and Phase 2 as indicated in the documents attached. Phase 2 can only start after Phase 1 is ready from the finishing.
