The subject of the order is specified in Appendix No. 1 to specConfirmation of important terms of the order. The detailed description of the order is contained in the design documentation, robot quotas, technical specifications of the execution and acceptance of the construction work and the trade agreements, constituting the enclosure 2 to the specification of the relevant terms of the contract, which documents together with the description of the subject of the order should be considered.In total, .

Where the design documents indicate the trade marks, patents or the origin of materials and equipment, the contracting authority shall allow the supply of equivalent materials and equipment, provided that they guarantee the achievement of technical and operational parameters not worse than those set out in the documentation. Wherever specified in the documentation are specific standards and regulationsEquipment and other goods, as well as made and tested robots, will be governed by the provisions of the latest edition or revised edition of the prescribed standards and regulations, unless otherwise specified in the specifications. Where the standards and regulations referred to are national or refer to a particular country or region, other relevant standards may also apply.-Ensure equal or higher performance levels than established standards or regulations, provided they are checked and written in writing by the Engineer. The differences between the established standards and their proposed replacements must be thoroughly described by the contractor and submitted to the Contract Engineer for approval.
