Delivery of maintenance and repair materials for municipal buildings

The subject of this procurement is the supply of maintenance materialsand repair of municipal buildings. The order is divided into 4 lots as follows:

Main Site: Lovech

Delivery of construction, insulation, metal, plumbing and electrical materials for maintenance and repair of municipal buildings and facilities. The quantities and parameters of the materials are detailed in the technical specification to the documentation.

The contracting authority removest the procedure participant for whom the following grounds for removal are available:

- the circumstances under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, - circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with the companies, registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the related persons and their real owners,

- circumstances under Art. 101, para. 9, 10 and 11 of the PPA,

- circumstances nabout Art. 69, para. 1 and 2 of the Anti-Corruption and Confiscation of Illegal Acquisition Act.

The assignor removes from the procedure a participant for whom there are grounds for removal related to the personal condition of the participants under Art. 54, para. 1 and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the PPA, which arose before or during the procedure.

The contracting authority requires the designated contractor toprovide a guarantee to guarantee the performance of the contract.

The guarantee to ensure the performance of the contract is 3 in 100 of its value.

The guarantees are provided in one of the following forms:

1. cash amount;

2. bank guarantee;

3. insurance that secures performance by covering the contractor`s liability.

The guarantee under item 1 or 2 may be provided on behalf of the contractor.and the account of a third party is a guarantor.

Everywhere in the technical specification or in other parts of the procurement documentation, which contains an indication of a particular model, source, process, trademark, patent, type, origin, standard or production, reads and understands "or equivalent".

The contracting authority allows the submission of bids on 1 or more of the lots at the discretion of the studentThe maximum number of positions for which a tender may be submitted coincides with the total number of positions. A tenderer whose execution price exceeds the estimated value of the respective lot in this procurement will be removed from participation inthe procedure.

On the basis of Art. 47, para. 10 (amend. - SG 28/2016, in force from 15.4.2016) of the Regulations on Public Procurement, in conjunction with -131, para. 2 of the CPA to the Law on Public Procurement Act (State Gazette, issue 102/2019) the assignor shall allow submission of 1 application for participation (the documents under Article 39, paragraph 2 of the CPCIP).
