Specifically, it includes the supply of cements (quartz, porosity fragments, white cement, aggregates) Section B, ie specialized building materials, to be used for the manufacture of artificial stones and other-additional architectural elements, the construction of the mosaic floorings, the completions of ancient members, as part of the project. The commission is divided into 3 groups: Group A - Powders, Group B - Additives, Group C - Pigments.

The economic operators involvedin the process of concluding this contract, are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy anyanother requirement is set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SIC. or to third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedurescontracts are required to be registered in corresponding professional or commercial registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.

In terms of economic and financial capacity, for the current procurement process, economic operators participating as bidders in theGroup A are required to provide:

(a) average annual turnover

For the valid participation in the award procedure of this contract, the economic operators (tenderers) a letter of participation amounting to 2% of the project budget excluding VAT, ie: - for Group A, EUR 2 412, 40, - for Group B, EUR 7 873.50, - for Group C, EUR 1 583.00, - the participation guarantee shall be reimbursed to the Contractor on presentation of the performance guarantee. The guarantee of participation is returned to the other tenderers, in accordance with the specific terms, in article 72 of Law 4412/2016.
