Establishment of building vault for museum "The New Hans Christian House"

When Odense Municipality closed Thomas B. Thriges Street in 2014, it became the starting point for a transformation of the area. At the same time, the possibility of gathering the dissemination of H.C. Andersen's imagination, life and adventure in a new, large museum.

Main-Site: Odense.

This field selection includes the construction site reference price, which includes the establishment of weed weighing, excavation for construction site, landfill and disposal of land, establishment of bottom plate, establishment of ventilation pipes and the drain under the base plate, etc.

The building field will be taken over after demolition of existing H.C. Andersen Museum and the construction company take over the building field for the above work.

Applicants must attach a completed ESPD section IV.B, filled in as described below.

In the section IV.B of the ESPD, applicants must state the following financial figures for the last 3 completed accounts, cf. the Public Procurement Act - 142;

- Total annual turnover in each of the last 3 completed and audited accounts,

- Equity in each of the last 3 completed and revisedaccounted for in the ESPD's section IV.B In addition, it must be stated in the applicant's valid professional liability insurance.

It is noted that applicants may apply for qualification as a consortium or by reliant on the economic and financial capacity of other economic operators, cf. point VI.3). In this connection, the aggregate companies' key figures will be aggregatedthe minimum requirements. Therefore, each participant in an association is required to indicate its own annual turnover and equity for each of the last 3 completed and audited accounts.
