It iswhy SBB is developing a control system for qualification as a wharf edge supplier.
Bidders wishing to provide SBB must submit and submit their products to a qualification in accordance with a prescribed process. In addition to the qualification of the producer, the procedure provides for a qualification of the product by which the requirements for the product aretestees. The qualification is valid for 5 years. Suppliers admitted to the delivery of quay borders will be inventoried in a directory. This will be valid for one year and will be published each year based on new qualifications and qualifications renewed after 5 years.

New edition of the directory: once a year, according to new qualifications and qualifications renewed after 5 years.
Indication of the remedies: in accordance with art. 30 LMP, this decision may be challenged, within 20 days of its publication at the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box 9023 St Gallen.
