This framework agreement seeks to implement a national parking and smart management system- The implementation, installation and configuration of a controlled parking system, - The implementation, installation and configuration of a smart city platform, - The procurement, installation and customization intelligent parking equipment and software,

- procurement, implementation, installation and configuration(LoraWan and NB IOT), - the provision of services and in particular: - the development of an implementation study for each of the first-level Local Authorities, which will be responsible for the to be included in the project; the provision of pilot services for a specific period, to be defined by the Local Organization(5) The training of the responsible staff, which will designate each local authority that will be included in the project, will provide services for the operation of the overall parking management system for a period of up to five (5) years, by Local Government Organization Grade that will be included in the project
