The Tenderer will make available to the Administration of the direct contributions a human resource duly qualified for the execution of the administrative tasks and procedure tracking in a Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Lotus environment.The applicant will provide the Direct Tax Administration with a human resource duly qualified for the execution of administrative tasks and procedures in a Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Lotus environment.
Works, supplies and services may not be awarded economic operators who, on the day of the opening of the tender, fulfill thes legal requirements to professionally take care of the execution of the work, the delivery of the supplies or the provision of the services which are the subject of the contract. In addition, the tenderer must have obtained from the Financial Sector Supervisory Commission (CSSF) an approval as a Financial Sector Professional (PSF) and must have the operating status of the systems.-primary computer systems of the financial sector or operator of secondary computer systems and communication networks of the financial sector. The open procedure file can be downloaded free of charge from the website: www.pmp.lu, room 516 (fifth floor) in the premises of the Tax Office at 18, rue du Fort Wedell in Luxembourg-Gare. An information meetingwill be organized by the contracting authority. Participation at this meeting will be mandatory. This information meeting will be held on 8.1.2018 at 10:00 in room 516 (fifth floor) in the premises of the Tax Office at 18, rue du Fort Wedell in Luxembourg-Gare. During the information meeting, the economic operators sign a presence sheet. The-offers of economic operators not having participated in this meeting will be eliminated ex officio. Tenders must be submitted to the Direct Taxation Administration - 18, rue du Fort Wedell, L-2982 Luxembourg in accordance with point 3.10 of the tender specifications. The daily working time will be 8:00 and will take place on the following mobile time slot: from 7:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to17:00.
