In order to develop in an optimal way the educational process and the achievement of school performance, the material basis and the adequate endowment of an efficient and efficient education are needed. view that Oradea City has launched an auction of prthe projects in which Nicolae Balcescu's Gymnasium School project "Investing in education - investing in the future of our children" has been selected. In order to develop in an optimal way the educational process and the achievement of school performance, it is necessary to have the material base and endowment corresponding to an efficient and efficient education. Considering the fact that Oradea City has launched a tender for the projectThe project of Gimnaziale School Nicolae Balcescu "Investing in education - investing in the future of our children" was selected.

Exclusion reasons:

The tenderer will prove that he does not fit into the situations provided by art. 60, 164, art. 165, art. 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirements can be demonstrated: The DUAE will be presented in accordance with thet. 193 par.
