Supply, installation and maintenance of IT equipment for the needs of the plant to purchase the computer center for the Brussels region

In accordance with conditionss of this special specification, the successful tenderer undertakes towards the contracting authority to ensure the supply, installation and maintenance of the IT equipment, for the needs of the IT Center for the Brussels region (CIRB) and contracting authorities, beneficiaries of this contract as part of the central purchasing office of the CIRB.

The object of the lot includes deliveryof PCs, laptops and screens with their additional functional options and accessories, operating software, IT services, warranty and maintenance.

Presentation of financial statements or extracts from financial statements, in cases where publication financial statements is prescribed by the law of the country in which the economic operator is established. In what cfor Belgian tenderers, the contracting authority will claim the annual accounts digitally via the Telemarc application. The declaration concerning the overall turnover of the company relating to the maximum for the last three financial years available according to the date of creation of the company or the start of activities of the economic operator, insofar as the infInformation on these sales figures is available, from which it will show a minimum annual turnover as specified in the table below *, carried out in the field of activities covered by the contract. The supporting document relating to the threshold requires a minimum annual turnover achieved (per lot) in the field of activity subject to the contract must in turn be providedi in the tenderer`s offer. Proof of insurance against professional risks or, if applicable, a bank declaration. Minimum threshold requires: the insurance must cover all risks that may arise during the execution of the contract. If for a justified reason, the economic operator is unable to produce the reference elements requested by the contracting authorityeur, he is authorized to prove his economic and financial capacity by any other document. It is up to the contracting authority to assess whether the document presented is appropriate or not. The minimum annual turnover required (per lot) which the tenderer must satisfy is as follows:

- lotthree: MFP (copiers) EUR 1, 200, 000.00;

- lot four: multimedia EUR 750, 000.00;

- lot five: Servers EUR 750, 000.00;

- lot six: large format plotters 100, 000.00 EUR;

- lot seven: computers for video editing EUR 150, 000.00;

- lot eight: laptops rugged 100, 000.00 EUR;

- new lot: Production printers EUR 200, 000.00;

- lot ten: small IT equipment 200, 000.00 EUR.
