Delivery of computer, server, communication and multimedia equipment for the needs of MU - Plovdiv by separate positions
This procurement is subject to delivery with included warranty service of the delivered computer, server, communication and multimedia equipment for the needs of MU - Plovdiv by separate positions. Ohthe procurement is divided into 9 lots, the quantity / volume of the award being individually assigned to each of them in Annex No. 1 "Technical Specifications" and the documentation for participation. The lots are as follows:
Main Site: Place of performance of delivery is Plovdiv city, 15A Vasil Aprilov Blvd. or other address in Plovdiv, indicated in the contractminimum requirements

Hard disks - minimum 2 disks with 240GB capacity, SSD hot-plug type; minimum of 20TB capacity after RAID 5 buildn of 12Gb NL-SAS hot-plug drives at 7200 rpm; minimum 2 available free disk slots in chassis

Authorizations - Authorization by the manufacturer or the official importer - shall be proved by an authorization letter
Warranty - minimum 60 months with on-site service; with labor and parts involved, response by the end of the next business day.
The proposed equipment must be new, unused, with original components from one manufacturer. The proposed equipmentto be included in the manufacturer`s current production sheet, as can be seen from the manufacturer`s official website. in the technical specifications, a specific parameter of the equipment described is indicated by a specific model, andsource, process, trademark, patent, type, origin or production that would lead to the benefit or elimination of certain persons or products, this designation is not obligatory for the participants and they may indicate in their technical proposal equipment with equivalent technical characteristics !
Minimum requirements to prove the suitability of participants are not required.
Minno requirements are required to demonstrate the economic and financial standing of the participants.
The equipment to be delivered must comply with international, European and RB requirements for radio frequency interference, electromagnetic compatibility, safety and noise levels and in accordance with technical requirements. specification of the Contracting Authority2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8. On the grounds of Art. 21, para. 6 of the PPA and in connection with Art. 7 of PPPOP, the Contracting Authority shall assign the execution of the deliveries under OP № 1, 5 and 9 in the order of their individual value - Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The separation of these lots was carried out in the presence of the required conditions, in accordance with the provision of Art. 21, para. 6 of the PPL. The contracting authority will provide information on thispart of the order after its assignment to the electronic file of the present order in the buyer`s profile. The total estimated value of the order is BGN 284 700 excluding VAT. After subtracting the value of OP № 1, 5 and 9, the residual value of the contract is BGN 234 700 excluding VAT. The contract performance guarantee is 5% of the contract value excluding VAT - 80% of the performance guaranteesecures the delivery and the rest (20%) ensures the fulfillment of the warranty maintenance obligation. The participant designated as the contractor shall choose the form of the performance guarantee itself, but it should be borne in mind that the type of guarantee must allow it to stand alone. for each OP separately and on the basis of acc. of Art. 17, para. 4 of the draft contract, annex 2 of the documentationthe wound shall be presented by the Contractor before the conclusion of the contract in the form of: a. money deposited into the account of the contracting authority; b. or an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee, in the original, issued in favor of the contracting authority; c. or insurance that guarantees performance by covering the contractor`s liability.The bank guarantee of performance is issued in favor of the University of Medicine- Plovdiv and it is irrevocable, unconditional and chargeable upon first request. It shall enter into force on the date of its issue and shall have a period of validity equal to the term of the contract, extended by 10 days. Where insurance is presented as a performance guarantee, the contractor shall provide the contracting authority with an original copy of the insurance policy stating that the contracting authority is designated as a third party beneficiary (beneficiary), which shall meet the requirements set out in Section IX. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE. PUBLIC PROCUREMENT CONTRACT from the documentation for participation. The participants are removed from participation when the grounds of art. 54, Art. 55, para. 1, items 4 and 5 and Art. 107 of the PPA, in the presence of the national grounds for removal of the participant specified in the documentation for participation, as well as the participant who isbid price for the execution of the order, higher than the estimated value of the lot in the documentation for participation in the participation documentation. 47, para. 2 of the RAPPD, the separately submitted documents under: Art. 39, para. 2 of the RAPPP (under item 2.1. - 2.4 of section V of the documentation); under Art. 39, para. 3, item 1 of the RAPPP (under item 2.5. - 2.6. Of section V of documentationand); and the documents under Art. 39, para. 3, item 2 of the RAPP (under item 2.7. Of section V of the documentation), which shall be placed in a separate sealed, opaque envelope with the inscription "Proposed Price Parameters" indicating the position to which it applies. for more than one lot in the packaging of art. 47, para. 2 of the PDAB shall be presented separately for each of the lotsthese documents under Art. 39, para. 2 of the RAPPP (under item 2.1. - 2.4 of section V of the documentation); under Art. 39, para. 3, item 1 of the AAPP (under items 2.5. - 2.6. Of section V of the documentation) and the documents under art. 39, para. 3, item 2 of the RAPP (under item 2.7. Of section V of the documentation), which are placed in separate sealed, opaque envelopes with the inscription "Proposed price parameters", with indication of the lots, to which they apply
