Submission Terminals
The Office of Informatics (AI) provides the IT services for various offices in the Liechtenstein National Board (LLV), the schools and individual municipalities. As part of an ongoing project at the schools and in the field of LLV life-cycle management, various types of Windows-based terminal devices are being advertised.The purpose of the present submission is to evaluate a suitable supplier who will be able to supply the necessary terminals and to provide hardware maintenance for a period of 4 years (schools) or 5 years (LLV) after delivery. With the supplier, a framework agreement for deliveries for a period of 4 years, with the option of Verlaeng4 more years.

The following main supplies (LO) are covered by this tender.
Lo1: Delivery of terminal equipment and accessories to the two locations in Vaduz according to individual order, divided into individual annual quantities and order tranches according to indicative quantity order.
Lo2: Delivery of terminals and accessoriesto the two locations in Vaduz as part of the necessary additional purchases, after completion of the project according to indicative quantity structure.
Lo3: maintenance services during 4 years (schools) respectively five years (LLV) according to maintenance and support contracts to be agreed upon.
