The subject of the order is delivery including assembly and commissioning and training of authorized persons (depending on the Part) of computer and multimedia equipment, TV sets, software, furniture and workshop equipment for educational and teaching purposes forand Team School No. 3, School Complex No. 4 and Vocational Education Center in Malbork. Project "Improving the quality of vocational education in the Malbork poviat by conducting construction works and purchasing equipment as part of the High School Complex No. 3, High School Complex No. 4 and the Vocational Education Center in Malbork" is co-financed from the ERDF funds into the frameRPO WP for the years 2014 2020. The subject of the orders has been divided into 19 separate Parts, with the proviso that Part No. 6 includes Ranges A, B, C and D, which form a whole. The detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is included in the Price Forms for individual Parts.

The subject of the order is the delivery together with the assemblyem and launching of computer and multimedia equipment for the communication workshop in a foreign language in the High School Complex No. 3 in Malbork.

Contractors may apply for the order who are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings under Art. 24paragraph. 1 point 12) 23) Public Procurement Law and art. 24 sec. 5 point 1) of the Public Procurement Law. Not demonstrating the lack of grounds for exclusion, subject to the provisions of art. 24 sec. 9 of the Public Procurement Law, it will result in the Contractor being excluded from the proceedings pursuant to art. 24 sec. 1 point 12) of the Public Procurement Law. No grounds for exclusion must be confirmed by each of the Contractors jointly applying for orders and in the scope of the lecturesjoining, referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 item 12) 23) and par. 5 point 1) other entities on whose resources the Contractor is appointed. The Contracting Authority may exclude the Contractor at any stage of the proceedings. The Contractor may, in order to confirm compliance with the conditions of participation in the proceedings, in appropriate situations and with regard to the order or part thereof, rely on technical or professional abilitiesh or the financial or economic situation of other entities, regardless of the legal nature of its legal relationship.

List of statements or documents to be provided by the Contractor to confirm that he meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings and is not subject to exclusion from the proceedings, is included in Chapter 5A and 6 of the Terms of Reference:

1. For initial confirmation:

a) EAT;

b) commitmentto make available resources if applicable.

2. Within 3 days from the date of inserting information from the opening of bids:

a) Contractor's declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group;

b) documents or information confirming that connections with another Contractor do not lead to distortion of competition in the proceedings (in in the case of affiliation to the same groupcapital dust).

3. the highest rated offer:

a) the list of deliveries concerns Parts No. 1, 2, 4 and 6;

b) evidence / references / other documents applies to Parts 1, 2, 4 and 6;

c) product sheet, catalog card, specification technical, technical description or other document confirming the fulfillment of the Employer's requirements;

d) information from the National Criminal Register;

e) copy of KRS / CEDIG;

f) statements Wthe Contractor's failure to issue a final court judgment or final administrative decision against him with taxes, fees or social security or health insurance fees;

g) the Contractor's statement about the lack of a ruling against him as a precautionary measure prohibiting him from applying for public orders; other documents specified in Chapter 6 of the Terms of Reference in casewith the Contractor whose offer has been rated the most, which has its registered office or place of residence outside the Republic of Poland
