The contract covers all wound care products for the PPSHP procurement sprocket. A more detailed description of the acquisition is given in Section II.2.4).

Main Site: The OYS-erva procurement ring area of the University Hospital of Oulu.aellaeae Sailab nursing utensils for wound care, excluding plaster supplies:

wound hairs (hydrogel, saline gel, honey),

hair follicles (sterile, factory clean, silicone surface) and surgical membranes (sterile),

patches of wounds,

interactive wound dressings (activated carbon, gelling wax, cooking salt, cellulose-based, polyurethane, other than polyurethane, silver(non-woven, elastic, silk, foam, fabric, plastic),

passive wound dressings, wound dressings (not adhered to), wound dressings, wound dressings, wound dressings,, adhesive, superimavee),

wound nets (synthetic, fat, silicone, antimicrobial),

-fastening joints (elastic, cotton, non-elastic),

The offer can be divided into one or more product groups. The product groups are chosen as one of the ones indicated in the Annex(1) or more than one supplier.

The selection has been selected for product categories with competitive products. For the same product group price list requesting to provide outside the comparison and the same product variety range. A comparison of the selected brand name will include a different range of products offered for the contract. On the basis of the offer, nails have been notified as a selection criterion-"Price list for the contract, adding the brands selected in the comparison of the same product type." In the comparison without selecting the products offered for the price of distributed products, the products can not be ceded to the contracting entity by price lists during the contract period. Price list products whose product group does not make a comparison at all and will not be able to provide the information are considered at the discretion of the individual during the acquisition periodavailable pricelist products. On the basis of the offer, the products of the nose have been declared as a selection criterion "Price list, if required".

The contract period is two (2) years and its scheduled start date is 1.11.2018. The agreement includes one (1) one (1) year options, which may be paused for one time or year at a time. Option (or options) to do soa separate withdrawal for a final six (6) months before the swearing-up of the agreement. If the start of a contract period moves from the intended time, then its de-escalation will proceed accordingly so that the contract period is two (2) years. The reported consumption of the purchase tire is estimates and based on past purchases. The contracting entity does not undertake to purchase the declared consumption maize element, but declares themif the organization of a procurement unit changes in the province and the land reform during the acquisition period, the contract may be transferred to a new or new organization or terminated with a six (6) month notice period. If necessary, the agreement can also be extended to new or new organization based on war reform, have previously been in the procurement wheel
