Grafting and Composting Gruengut Stadt Bern
Lot 1: Garbage collection from the door-to-door collection. The Gruengut consists of garden waste mixed with Ruestabfaellen and leftovers from households.

Art. 20 OeBV:
- self-declaration with the required proofs, - - detailed list of extracts from the debt collection
- Confirmation of the tax authorities (VAT, state, municipal and federal taxes),
- Confirmation of the compensation funds (AHV, IV, EO, ALV),
- Confirmation of the pension fund (BV contributions), - Confirmation of SUVA resp, BU / NBU,
- Confirmation of sickness allowance insurance (KTV), if required in GAV,
- Confirmation of the professional commission for compliance with the CLA (Gesamtarbeitsvincome), - in sectors without GAV: confirmation from the auditors (or the external trust / accounting department) regarding compliance with local and industry conditions and with regard to equal pay between men and women.
The supporting documents must be provided by the information centers (municipalities, canton, Associations, coffers, etc.) must be signed, not older than one yearSince the proofs are valid for one year from the date of issue and are registered by the Procurement Office, the supporting documents have to be submitted only once a year. Firms are advised to order all supporting documents from the helpdesks at the same time.
All tenderers have all parties involvedto complete and sign a self-declaration and to provide the evidence.
Providers with business domicile outside Switzerland provide similar confirmations from their country.

Partial offers are not permittedEntries: Net offers must be submitted. Discount, discounts and any deductions are to be listed in the offer. Offers with price agreements will not be considered. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the offer. Negotiations: No negotiations will be held on the price. We reserve the right to conduct technical negotiations.
Principles of the procedure: The client assigns public contractsfor services in Switzerland only to providers guaranteeing compliance with health and safety regulations and working conditions for workers and equal pay for men and women.

1) Evaluation matrix for Chapter 2.10 Award criteria: Each criterion is accompanied by 0 to 5 points rated. The overall grade isMax. 5 points and is composed of the percentage weighting of the criteria / subcriteria. The bid is awarded the highest sum of the weighted rating (value in use). Rating according to Pt. 11 of the specification. The most affordable offer gets 5 points. Per 1% additional costs 0.1 points will be deducted (linear valuation). With the price minus points are possible. (Deca 50% bandwidth of the expected prices.)
2) Date according to chapter 1.5: The date is not binding.
3) Term Contract: The contract term is not binding.
Remedies: This call can be challenged within 10 days after the first publication by means of a complaint to the governing body Bern-Mittelland, Poststrasse 25, 3071 Ostermundigen.The complaint must be filed in duplicate; it must contain an application, the statement of facts and evidence, a statement of reasons and a signature; Tangible evidence must be enclosed. Closing date / Remarks: Tenders must be submitted to the Procurement Office within this period (submission or A-Post, official stampPost office, company franking machines are not recognized).
