Supply of Electricity and Natural Gas and Provision of Supply Services for VSZP

The subject of the contract is the electricity and gas supply for the General Health Insurance Company and . with. (hereinafter referred to as VŠZP), including complex services connected with a secure stable and complex energy supply, this-means the distribution and transport of energy to the collection points and other regulated services and the assumption of responsibility for the deviation in the quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, in compliance with the valid legal regulations of SR, the technical conditions and the order of the distributor of the distribution network. Place of provision of the service-is generally the headquarters, branches and exhibitor offices of the contracting authority throughout the SR. Exactly the addresses of the place of supply of the service are given in the tender documents.

The supply of electrical power in the unified system incorporating complex services connected to a secure stable and complex supply of electricity, that is to say, the distribution and transport to the collection points and the other-regulated services and assuming responsibility for the deviation, in a quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, in compliance with the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, the technical conditions and the order of the distributor of the distribution network. A detailed list of collection points with specification and high consumption over the last period is found in the tender documentation.) The public procurement may be awarded only to those who meet the conditions for the personal participation stipulated in -32 par. (2) The fulfillment of these conditions shall be proved by the documents according to -32 par. 3) If the applicant, the place of business or the place of business outside the territory of the Slovak Republic is able to prove the fulfillment of these conditions according to -32 par. 4 and para. 5 ZVO.

4) Terms and conditionsthe applicant shall also prove: (a) in accordance with Article 39 of the ZWU, a single European document; or (b) in accordance with -152 of the FVO, the information on the entry in the list of economic operators. The Public Procurer shall be deemed to be equivalent to the entry or the certificate of registration issued by the competent body of another member state of the European Union. 5) If the applicant fails to submit documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of the personal part of the European Union.the contracting authority in accordance with -152 par. 4 ZVO verifies the entry of the economic entity in the list of economic entities. All costs and expenses associated with the preparation and submission of the tender shall be borne by the applicant without any financial burden on the public purchaser, irrespective of the outcome of the procurement. The public contracting authority will proceed pursuant to Section 66 7 ZVO and offers will be forone-size-fits-all according to - 49 par. 6 ZVO.

3. The contracting authority shall inform the tenderers that the contract must be concluded in accordance with -11 of the FVO. In accordance with - 39 of the Act, the applicant may replace the documents with a single European document, in which case a single electronic document will be filled in the part of his tender. The Applicant may disqualify the fulfillment of the conditions of the technical or professional eligibilityin the light of the global statement in Section IV. part of a single European document. The public procurer will be involved in the communication throughout the procurement process, prior to and after the deadline for submitting tenders, to proceed within the meaning of - 20 of the ZVO through the Josephine System Interface.

Rules for delivery of deliveries: the delivery is deemed to have been delivered to the interested partyand the moment of taking over. The delivery of review procedures is governed by the UVO Notification No. 3/2018

Processing is only allowed by an authenticated bidder. Authentication can be done with 2 passwords: - in the Josephine system by registering and signing with the electronic ID card and security code (eID) in the Josephine system. The system is an authenticated company that uses the eID to register the company's statutory status.-Authentication is performed by the provider of the Josephine system on working days at 8:00 - 16:00. or - through the authorization code, which will be sent to the address of the applicant's firm in the form of a registered mail if the company uses an eID to register a person who is not the company's statutory holder or is registered with the password.-The deadline for this is 3 business days and it is necessary to count this time when placing the offer. The supporting documents and other documentation for the subject matter will be published in the relevant Josephine order placed at https://josephine.proebiz.com/, where the contracting authority allows unrestricted access to the underlying documents. 10. A group of suppliers demonstrates that they meet the conditions for participation in public procurement for their personal status for each member of the groupsobitie. The member of the group shall prove the fulfillment of the condition of his / her personal status only in relation to the part of the subject of the order which he / she is required to secure. 11. The public procurer divides the order into separate parts in accordance with - 28 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. of the Act on Public Procurement and on the Amendment to Some Laws as amended, allowing to submit a bid for 1as well as to all parts

12.The verified agent reserves the right to cancel the public tender in the event that only one tender is submitted.
