CPV Description: Management and administration of the Dzikowiec Sports and Recreation Center in Bogusz-w-Gorce in the years 2018 2020 Commercial property management services. The subject matter of the order is the management and administration of the Dzikowiec Sports and Recreation Center in Bogusz-w-Gorce, 2018 2020 the scope described in the draft contract (Annex No. 5 to the ToR)

3.2the attendant shall provide the Contractor with real estate, buildings and equipment described in the contract and its annexes in order to enable the Contractor to conduct business. The Contractor's obligation will be to maintain facilities and equipment in a non-deteriorated technical condition. For this purpose, the Contractor is obliged to carry out all repairs, inspections, servicing.

3.3 The most important requirements regarding the subject of the contract(a) Keeping the slope in such a standard that there is no contact of skis with stones or other obstacles resulting from the unreliability of the area. b. The orderer requires that each day, both before the day and night rides, the slope is cleared to eliminate muld and the injustices resulting from the exploitation of the slope and ski slopes by skiers.

c) WsAll running routes must be prepared by passing a ratrak and a scooter and putting on tracks for runners. Running routes should be prepared at least once a week and after each snowfall.

D) Until 30 November and 30 April each year, the Contractor is obliged to maintain the cableway and ski lift in accordance with the requirements of the law along with the obtainedem the admission of railways and trains to traffic by TDT. The contractor in this period must perform all periodic inspections and technical acceptance related to the receipt of a railway and lift license for winter and summer seasons. The first maintenance will be in April 2016 in connection with the summer period that begins. The railway for the winter season 2018/2019 will be handed over to the Contractor from all seasonswith documents allowing railway and trench for use in the winter season 2018/2019

e) Use of the snowmaking system in accordance with the instructions for use / use and warranty card. f) Keeping parking lots in the field of snow removal, in order to allow cars to be parked by people staying in the center .

g) The cableway in summer should operate on Saturdays and Sundaysle and holidays from 10:00 to 17:00 and on other days for organized groups by prior arrangement. The contractor must ensure that minimum minimum every hour of train travel during the period of operation.

H) The cableway in winter should operate every day from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily travel and from 18:00 am to 9:00 pm nighttime driving. The period between 16:00 and 18:00 must be provided for nand preparation of the slope for night skiing (grooming).

i) All duties and requirements as well as the nature of the assets and plots being transferred are included in the draft contract attached to the ToR.

The Ordering Party determines the amount of the bid bond in the amount of PLN 30, 000.00

The Ordering Party does not specify in to this extent, no requirements which the Contractor is required to demonstrate in a special way
