With this invitation to tender, the Federal Office of Construction and Logistics (OFCL) wishes to acquire high quality screens. The screens will primarily be used for presentation in the meeting rooms.

Economic / financial capacity

The tenderer has the economic / financial capacity necessary for the performance of the mandate.

Certified true copies of the Commercial Register and the Register of Prosecutions not older than 3 months at the time the tenderer requests them or, for foreign tenderers, equivalent official and foreign documents-established recently.

These proofs must be provided only on request, after the submission of the tender and before the contract award.

The tenderer warrants that he will communicate-upon first request, the names of the persons scheduled for the performance of the services and that, after the conclusion of the contract, such persons will submit to a security check within the meaning of the order on security checks relating to persons (OCSP, SR 120.4). Replacement

The tenderer is availableto place the collaborators whom it makes available if important reasons require it.

The adjudicator evaluates the services and the commitment of the persons made available by the tenderer. If these do not meet the requirements set out in the tender specifications and annexes, the tenderer must take a position. The adjudicator then decides whether he will oblige him to reWithin 15 days, the persons concerned may be moved by personnel who fulfill the requirements.

Negotiations: are reserved. The adjudicator does not engage in price negotiations. Tenderers may only modify the prices indicated in their tender in special circumstances (for example where the requirements need to be clarified or specified) and where the tenderer authorizes them to do so.lawfully in his invitation to participate in negotiations. No price negotiations will be conducted. Tenderers are asked to offer their best price.

The appeal memorial, to be presented in two copies, shall indicate the conclusions, reasons and means of proof and shall bear the signature of the appellant party or his representative; will be attached a copy of the present publication and evidence invoked as evidence, where available.
