With this invitation to tender, the Federal Office of Construction and Logistics (OFCL) wishes to acquire high quality screens. The screens will primarily be used for presentation in the meeting rooms.

The tenderer has the economic / financial capacity necessary for the performance of the mandate.

Replacement

The tenderer is availableto place the collaborators whom it makes available if important reasons require it.

The adjudicator evaluates the services and the commitment of the persons made available by the tenderer. If these do not meet the requirements set out in the tender specifications and annexes, the tenderer must take a position. The adjudicator then decides whether he will oblige him to reWithin 15 days, the persons concerned may be moved by personnel who fulfill the requirements.

Negotiations: are reserved. The adjudicator does not engage in price negotiations.
