Award of the supply contract with the object of purchasing a hydraulic press for high relief coin proof, in order to optimize the pressing process.
Main Site: Str. Chibrituri Factory no. 30, sector 5, Bucharest.
The award of the supply contract having as object the purchase of a hydraulic presse for the high relief proof coin, in order to optimize the printing process.
Requirement 1: bidders, third-party supporters and subcontractors must not be found in the situations provided in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016 as amended by GEO 45/2018 will be completed and initially submitted to the DUAE by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the aforementioned information.irrespective of their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE will be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked first in the intermediate ranking prepared at the end of the evaluation of the tenders, after applying the award criterion.
These supporting documents are:
1) certifying certificatee regarding the lack of outstanding debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.), at the time of presentation. These documents must attest the lack of outstanding debts at the time of presentation of the certificates.tests that they do not register outstanding tax obligations under the law of the incident in the country of residence, at the time of submission; they have power of representation, decision or control within it, as it turns outfrom the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive document;
Note: legal cases will be presented for the shareholder or significant associate, respectively, the person exercising rights related to actions which, in the aggregate, represent at least 10% of the share capital or give the holder at least 10 % of the total voting rights in the general assembly.
3) if applicable, docomments demonstrating that the economic operator can benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 para. (2), art. 167 para. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on public procurement.
