The subject of the contract is the purchase of bituminous aggregates (asphalt concrete), including transportation to the place of construction works, ensuring the installation in Liptov for:

The applicant must meet the conditions for the person's personal status under - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act) in accordance with Section 32 or Section 152 of the Public Procurement Act, in the event of submitting a tender for several parts, shall submit documents for the fulfillment of the conditions of participation-of personal status only once

6. The contracting authority requires the provision of security for the offer. Further information on the suit and the conditions of its composition are given in section 16 of the tender documents.
