It is about asphalt concreteny for SC ŽSK, Zavod Horne Považie - Žilina: The stated quantity is assumed for consumption for a period of 24 months

Total: 2 600 t. The person must comply with the conditions for participation in personal status according to - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of the rules(hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act") in accordance with Section 32 or Section 152 of the Public Procurement Act, in case of submitting a bid for more than one part, it submits proof of fulfillment of the terms and conditions of personal status only once. In the case of an applicant who is a group the contractor is required to prove compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract personallyposition of each member of the group separately.

Note:

The fulfillment of the condition of the participation under - 32 par. 1 letter. e) The public procurement law proves a member of the group only in relation to that part of the subject of the order to ensure it. The bidder inserts documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of personality status electronically into the EVO system in pdf scanned original or uradnot a certified copy, unless otherwise stated.

According to - 39 of Act no. 343/2015 Z.z. on the procurement of a single European document is a document which the economic entity may provisionally replace documents proving compliance with the terms and conditions determined by the contracting authority. Moreover, the provisions of Section 39 of the Act shall not be affected. The contracting authority requires the provision of security for the offer. The contracting authority considered the appropriateness of the division of the contract to be part of the announced procurement procedure. The public contracting authority considers that it is anchored to divide the bid into part of the deduction resulting from the land-based administration of road traffic falling under the management of the railway corridor at the request of fulfillment fortechnical standards which the subject of the orders must meet. The redemption of the contract would result in a reduction in the economic burden and ineffective public procurement. The public contracting authority shall exclude from the public procurement of the applicant if I am satisfied with the facts pursuant to - 40 par. 6 or 7 of the Public Procurement Act. The facts concerning the bidding process will not be called in the predenomination of tenders and on the basis of tender documents are governed by the relevant provisions of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws as amended.
