The economic operators involved in the process of this Convention are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity, ■ Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A of thev. 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registeredprofessional or commercial registers.

Economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.

In terms of economic and financial capacity, for the current procurement process, economic operators are not required to have a specific turnover.
