D2 motorway pre-selection high-speed weighing system before Sekule restraint

The subject of the contract is to equip the D2 motorway and the right-hand restraint of the Sekule by means of a pre-selection high speed weighing system dimensional and weight limits of goods vehicles and-their detour from the wake-up facility to a certified vaha. ■ Main Site: D2 motorway in km 6, 364 7, 960 and right-hand restraint Sekule

The subject of the contract is to equip the D2 motorway and the right-hand restraint of Sekule by means of a pre-selection high-speed weighing system beforethe detection of exceeding the dimensional and weight limits of the goods vehicles and their diversion from the trailer to the certified yard. The subject of the supplies will be technological equipment and construction part (excavations, columns) in the sense of the attached project documentation.

The conditions for participation in public procurement related to personal status pursuant to - 32 of the Act on Public Procurement Act can be awarded-only the person who fulfills the conditions of the person's personal status under - 32 par. 1 of the Act, which proves the fulfillment according to - 32 par. 2 ZVO in conjunction with - 152 of the ZVO

If the applicant or occupier has a place of business or usual place of residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and its headquarters, does not issue any of the documents referred to in paragraph 2 or not3. The sponsor or applicant with a seat in an EU Member State other than the Slovak Republic shall prove the fulfillment of the conditions of participation with the similar document under points 4 and 5 issued in accordance with the valid legal regulations in the the country in which it is located can demonstrate its compliance with the conditions of its submission-such a document. In this case, the adjudicating entity shall assess the fulfillment of the conditions for the person's personal status in overweight at point 1.
