The subject of provision of services which include the complete winter maintenance of the III and IV trpedestrian crossings and public spaces (as well as communications) in the cadastral area of Bratislava-Vrakuňa, namely:

1. Assessment of communication status (situational stages)

Based on the assessment of the state of the roads and the staircase of the roads and walkways according to weather conditionsThe conditions of communications are determined by the following stages of winter maintenance:

I. level - the state of alertness occurs when: - anticipated climbing activity, freezing drizzle, freezing rain, - when snowfall increases with wind, according to meteorological weather forecasts, which have an impact on the road traffic, - you will also increase the traffic caused by the effects afterthe time which the driver can not foresee - - slipping on roads in some places with frost - - in the state of vigilance, the service provider puts the means and labor force into action or the means and workforce with which he has contractual relations. Stage - stand-by status occurs when: - persisting snowy storms that form nand communications of a non-pressurized snow layer of over 10 cm, constituting an obstacle for two-wheeled vehicles and non-motor vehicles, or for passenger cars in step-ups, to extend the places on the roads where the snow tongues are formed and the engagement, in the form of which the cross- the lane for each direction, - the slopes of the road, the painted oppressed snow layersnow-covered snow, frosty snow, frosty rain in the aftermath of unfavorable weather conditions that shape the ramps in the vicinity of communication. - in the state of alertness, the service provider ensures the deployment of means and labor as in stage I. III. degree - threat status is invoked for:

- persisting snowy clusters that are forming on the road- the obstacle to the snow caused by the snow, which is the obstacle for all motor vehicles, - there is an extension of the roads on the roads where only one traffic lane is released for both directions without traffic control, - persisting snowy snow or strong winds, the Bratislava-Vrakuňa area of the city, or suvisle snow tongues-- In the event of a threat, the service provider and the contracting authority must deploy all its means and workforce, and all the available means and staff of organs and organizations in the district of the Bratislava-Vrakuňa district can be deployed.

Other workforce can be deployed after the decision of the members of the Winter Schoolmaintenance of the public procurement and management center of Magistr-t hl. m. SR of Bratislava.

Statement of situational stages

1. I. and II. the degree is announced by the preventive emergency service of the service provider and in addition to the responsible employee of the Bratislava-Vrakuňa district. III. the mayor of the Bratislava-Vrakuňa district, or a representative designated by the centralof service provider dispatching. The task of commissioning, downloading and checking the performed winter maintenance services by communication:

3. Time schedule and extent of winter maintenance on communications:

List and dispose of all communications in the length of 27, 117 km and list of walkways in the total area of about 70 000 m2 tvori Annex no. 6 of the tender documents, which will be indivisible Annex no. 1 of the Contractsservices.

4. Execution of winter maintenance

The public procurement may be awarded only to those who meet these conditions of part of the personal status - 32 par. 1 of the Act:

(a) neither he, nor its statutory organ, nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the supervisory organ, nor a proxy, are convicted of a criminal offense of a corrupt nature, a criminal offense against the financial interests of the European Communities;the act of legalizing the acceptance of crime, the criminal act of founding, representing and supporting the criminal group, the criminal act of founding, forming or supporting a terrorist group, the criminal act of terrorism and some forms of terrorism, the crime of trafficking in human beings, a criminal offense suvisi with the undertaking or the criminal act of machining in public procurement(c) has no tax arrears in the Slovak Republic or in the status of the insurance company; (b) has no arrears of health insurance, social insurance and old-age pension contributions in the Slovak Republic or in the status of the place of business, place of business or usual residence;, place of business or usual residence, (d) bankruptcy has not been declared to be his property, not in the restructuring(e) is entitled to supply goods, to perform construction works or to provide a service, (f) has not been banned in part in a public procurement, confirmed the final decision in the Slovak Republic or the status of the place of business, place of business or usual residence, (g) has not committed, for the preceding three years from the proclamation or demonstrable commencement of a public procurement, a serious breach of the environmental, social or labor law duty under special regulations for which a sanction has been lawfully imposed upon him to prove to the contracting authority and contractor,

h) did not occur in the previous 3 yearsh Compliance with the conditions for the recognition of a person's status pursuant to - 32 (1) of the Applicant's Act in accordance with - 32 par. 2 ZVO proves:

1. from the criminal record not older than 3 months,

2. confirmation of health insurance and social insurancenot older than 3 months,

3. confirmation of the local tax office not more than 3 months,

4. confirmation of the relevant barrel not more than 3 months,

5. a document proving the right to deliver the goods, to carry out construction work or to provide a service which corresponds to the object of the order, by means of a 6-day declaration proving the fulfillment of the condition of part time pursuant to - 32 par. 1 letter. f) ZVO

7. the condition of part time-according to - 32 par. 1 letter. g) ZVO prověřuje verejn-ho obstar-vateľa,

8. the condition of part time pursuant to - 32 par. 1 letter. h) The GVA proves the contracting authority. If the applicant has a place of business or place of business or usually resides outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the status of his place of business, the place of business or usual residence does not issue some of the documents mentioned in - 32 par. (2) or does not issue or equivalent documents, it may be replacedby honest declaration according to the regulations in force in the statute of his office, place of business or usual residence. d1) if the economic entity already has a system in the system the account will be logged directly with the login data already provided (in the case of forgotten login data, the option of sending the login information electronically)lektronic address;

d2) If a business entity does not yet have an account in the system, it clicks on the Registry and follows the instructions given for registration in the system directly on the website www.ezakazky.sk.

I will be interested in the creative materials and all other documents related to the tender documents designated by the contracting authority for the preparation of the offer in the electronic system-at the e-mail address www.ezakazky.sk In case of need of explanation of the conditions for participation in public procurement, tender documents or other accompanying documents or other documents provided by the contracting authority within the time limit for submitting tenders, according to the law, any of the interested parties may request, within the statutory period, to arrange for their explanation directly in the baybids. The request for explanation must be delivered within a reasonable period specified by the law through the electronic communication portal www.ezakazky.sk. It is not sufficient for the application to be delivered to an e-mail address of the contact person of the contracting authority. The above procedure applies even if the economic entity receives the tender documents from the Profile of the contracting authority or other personom. In the context of the principle of equal treatment of interested parties and the principle of transparency, the contracting authority has identified the above mentioned communications, in other words the contracting authority will not take into account the fact that the contracting authority did not specify in the tender documents other individual communications in particular cases.
