The subject of this call is to provide regular andof-the-art cleaning, cleaning, disinfection and other related services in a hospital facility within the scope, location and conditions stipulated in the tender documents. orders is to provide regular and occasional cleaning, cleaning, disinfection, (a) cleaning and disinfecting services and / or the subject of the order (s), (b) the subject of the order consisting of 2 items, in particular: (a) cleaning and disinfection services to be provided on a regular basis - see item no. 1 item of the order specified in point 1 no(b) cleaning and disinfection services, which will be provided only in the case of the contracting authority's request - see item no. 2 Subject of the contract specified in point 1 of Part B. Description of the subject matter of the contract documents,

When both items will be provided by the most (but not least) of the following parts of the public procurement office:

(i) Ložkova ča(iii) Ambulances, (iv) Operational rooms, (v) Kancelarie, (vi) Other spaces (corridors, staircases, extensions, etc.) )

In view of the quantity and quality of the performance required, as well as the fact that the hospital of the contracting authority has 517 beds, the public procurement agent assumes that he /there will be cleaning and disinfection services provided by approximately 76-80 workers.

The fulfillment of the conditions of part-time can be demonstrated by the Single European Document within the meaning of - 39 of the Act no. 343/2015 Z.z. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain acts in the valid version (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), whereby the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions in part are submitted to the contracting authority by the applicant pursuant to Article 55. (1) A public limited-liability company at a time and in the manner specified by the contracting authority.

1. Such a public contract may be awarded only to those who meet the conditions for participation in the personal status defined in the provisions of Section 32 1 of the GVA

2.Supply of the fulfillment of the conditions pursuant to - 32 par. 1 ZVO:

2.1.Account entered in the list of economic entities (ZHS) pursuant to - 152 of the Act on the Certification of the Czech Republic, by entering information into the ZHS or by submitting a valid certificate of entry into the ZHS, and if its entry in the ZHS does not contain all the documents necessary to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of part time in accordance with Section 32 (2) of the GVA valid at the time of the award of the public procurement, they shall submit these documents in their tender.

2.2.Accountant not entered in the ZHS pursuant to Article 152 of the FVOas long as the conditions for the recognition of personal status by the documents in accordance with - 32 par. 2. The fulfillment of the conditions of part-time may be evidenced by the Single European Document within the meaning of - 39 of the GVA, the fulfillment of the conditions in part will be submitted to the contracting authority by the applicant pursuant to - 55 par. 1 ZVO in time-and to the appointed public procurer.

1. Only those who meet the following conditions for participation in the financial and economic situation may: 1. Exercise the tender in accordance with - 33 par. 1 letter. d) FVC overview of the total turnover for the last 3 economic years, for which it is available depending on the commencement or commencement of the activity.to the required standard level:

The total turnover is expressed in other currencies in the euro and converted into a valid rate at the time of tax liability, according to the tax laws in the country of the applicant. Derecognition of the necessity and proportionality of the condition under Section 38 5 ZVO:

The specified condition results from the need to verify and demonstrate whether the applicant has had a sufficient turnover during the last years. The condition of partition is adequate and its need inhas come to the conclusion that the economic stability of the applicants has been verified. By the height of the applicant's turnover, it demonstrates its stable position on the market. The Applicant may use the financial resources of another person to prove the financial and economic status, regardless of their legal relationship in accordance with - 33 par. 2 ZVO.
