The participation guarantee must be valid for at least 30 days after the end of the term of validity of the offer, which is twelve months, otherwise the offer is rejected. The performance guarantee is repaid in full after the definitive quantitative and qualitative reception of the object of the contract. If the final qualitative and quantitative receipt protocol is reported or there is an indicationthe repayment of such guarantees is made after the observations and delays have been dealt with.

Funding for this contract is the Municipality of Thessaloniki. The contract is financed by own resources and fees.

The contractor's payment will be made in the following way:

100% of the contractual value after the final receipt of the leasesby the receiving committee. This method of payment also applies in the case of incremental deliveries / invoices.

Pricing will be in accordance with the chapter of study 35/2017 of the Directorate for Sustainable Mobility and Networks (Annex III). of the contractual price will be made by presenting the legal documents and supporting documents, -provided for by the provisions of Article 200 (4) of Law 4412/2016, as well as any other supporting documents, which may have been requested by the competent services, which carry out the audit and payment.

The Municipality is obliged to pay the supplier within 30 calendar days, as defined in Article 1 - G (Adaptation of Greek Legislation to Directive 2011/7 of 16.2.2011 on the(Subsection G.5 (Transactions between enterprises and public authorities - Article 4 of Directive 2011/7) of Law 4152/2013 (Government Gazette 107 / Issue A / 9.5.2013). over 30 days, the contractor is entitled to default interest, without requiring any formal notice, provided that he has fulfilled his contractual and legal obligations and has noif the debtor is not liable for the delay.

The Contractor shall be liable for the third-party deductions, as well as any other charge, in accordance with the applicable legislation, excluding VAT. In particular, it shall be charged the following deductions:

(a) a 0.06% deduction, calculated on the value of each pre-tax and deduction of the original, as well as any(b) a 0.06% reservation, which is calculated on the value of each payment before taxes and deductions of the original, as well as of each supplementary contract in favor of the Preliminary Appeal Authority (Article 350 (3) of Law 4412/2016). c) Reservation of 0, 02% in favor of the State, calculated on the value, exclusive of VAT, of the original and any supplementary contract. This amount shall be deducted in respect of each payment by the contracting authority, in the name and on behalf of the Directorate-General for Public Procurement and Procurement, in accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 36 of Law 4412/2016. The extra-term bookings shall be subject to the applicable analogue stamp duty and in-there will be a levy on OGA.

With each payment, the withholding tax provided by the applicable law will be paid. The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to carry out an activity related to the subject of the contract
