"Supplyspecialized in the execution of works on traffic safety and emergency situations on roads under the administration of the Cluj County Council "divided into lots, such as Main Site: Cluj County Council, 106 Dorobanti Street or another location in the county indicated by purchaser

Lot 1 1 piece - Multifunctional backhoe loader equipped with accessories:

- BuExcavator motor with a minimum capacity of 100 HP, - Extended warranty, - 600 l concrete mixer bucket, - Excavator drive motor,

- Drill bore, - Borehole with a minimum working width of 2 500 mm and pressurized sprinkler and tank and side brush, - Rubber protectors for rear stabilizers,

- Dredged trench bucket,

- Scissor vegetation shear

Declaration on prothe economic operator's responsibility that confirms that the economic operator fulfills the following conditions: - Personal situation of the candidate or tenderer: Reasons for exclusion: The bidder will prove that it does not fit into the situations provided by 164, art. 165, art. 167 of Law 98/2016. The way in which the fulfillment of the requirements can be demonstrated: The DUAE will be presented in confowith the provisions of art. 193 par. (1) of Law 98/2016 and the supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed obligations in the DUAE are to be submitted at the request of the contracting authority, only by the first ranked bidder in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders. The requirements for non-compliance with the situations provided in art. 164, art. 165, art. 167 addresses to subcontractors and third parties according to art. 170/1 and 183/1 of Law 98 / 2016.

The supporting documents may, insofar as they provide all the information required in the DUAE, contain the following:

1) Finding certificates regarding the lack of overdue debts in respect of the payment of taxes, of the contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, budgetstate, etc.) at the time of submission. These documents must attest to the absence of overdue debts at the time of submission of the certificates. Note: In the case of bidders who are foreign legal entities, equivalent certificates will be provided stating that they do not register outstanding tax liabilities under the law of the country of residence, of the presentation; 2) Cazier jud(3) Judiciary record of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision or control within that body, as evidenced by the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; 4) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the eco operatormay benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Public Procurement Law 98/2016 5) Any equivalent documents issued by authorities in the country where the tenderer is a resident 6) Any other editorial documents, B. The bidders, third parties and subcontractors should not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 60 of the Act98 / 2016.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidder ranked first after the award criterion for the admissible tenders.
