The publisher will have to cooperate with Frederikssund Municipality and its organization, by assisting in the strategic work and developing an economic plan / model that can be used and adapted as Vinge develops, cf.

A publisher is expected consisting of a publisher team, client advisor with experience in urban development projects, strategic and financial advisory services as well as a publisher with a financial background. The publisher team must be able to cooperate with the Project Manager and the other organization.

The publisher must also have experience in planning larger construction and construction tasks and gardening.great experience in calculating and building up spreadsheets and having an operational approach within risk assessment and risk management. The publisher's services must include price / budgeting of the entire revenue and cost side on the existing basis incl. the changes that the open market dialogue has entailed.
