OSSIACHER SEE GEGENDTAL Granting of a service concession within the meaning of Regulation (EC) 1370/2007, following a similar procedure to the model of an implementation competition, it is expressly clarified that the application of the Federal Act on the Awarding of contracts (Bundesvergabegesetz 2018) and the Federal Procurement Act Kolicenses i.d.j.g.F. is excluded. It is thus a special procedure sui generis. The use of the form of this notice is intended to enhance transparency.
