Within the scope of this public tender, the provisions of - 66 para. 7 law, teda, the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as "VO") shall carry out an evaluation of the fulfillment of the conditions of participation pursuant to - 40 of the Act after the evaluation of tenders pursuant to - 53 of the Act. This public procurement is carried out through the EVO information system maintained and accessible by the Public Procurement Office accessible via the web site https://www.uvo.gov.sk/portal-system-evo-5f5.html (hereinafter referred to as IS EVO).

8. The PO does not request tender security. All costs associated with the preparation and submission of the tender are solely the tenderer`s expenses. The GP will not be liable and will not reimburse any expenses or losses of any kind incurred by the tenderer in connection with the drawing up of the tender, irrespective of the outcome of the procurement. VO reserves the right not to accept such a tenderwhich exceeds the estimated contract value. Where appropriate, the subcontracting of the share of the contract (according to the tenderer`s proposal in the tender) will be governed by the contract, including the definition of the subcontracting rules and the obligations of the contractor. 13. The contract will be signed with the successful tenderer only if the requirements of Act no. 315/2016 Coll. on the register of public-sector partners and on the amendment of certain conclusions, where relevant (entry in the RPVS).
