The subject of the contract is the construction of a heating installation in DG # 3 Zvezditsa, 4 Cherkovna Str. And carrying out of the accompanying repair works - delivery and installation of a boiler, pipework, burner, expansion vessel, chimney and accompanying

Main Site: The place of performance of the contract is DG No. 3 "Zvezditsa", Lom Municipality with administrative address: Lom, Cherkovna Str. 4.

The subject of the contract is the construction of a heating installation in SG № 3 "Zvezditsa", 4 Cherkovna Str. and carrying out of the accompanying repair works - delivery and installation of a heating boiler, pipe distribution, burner, expansion vessel, chimney

Construction permit No 34 / 2.9.2019. The object is VI (sixth) category.

Detailed description of all envisaged activities is contained in the attached technical specification. the present public procurement does not set requirements for the fitness (capacity) for pursuing a professional activity

In the present public procurement the contracting authority does not set requirements for the financial and economic status of the participants. . 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 and determined bythe circumstances under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 2 and item 5 of the Public Procurement Act. Evidence: When submitting the tender, the tenderer shall declare the absence or existence of the grounds for removal by submitting a Single European Procurement Document (EDES). The information is indicated in the scope of Part III: "Grounds for Exclusion" by the EESC.

4.2.1. Participants who are related parties within the meaning ofof - 2, item 45 of the PPA cannot be independent participants in the same procedure. This reasoning does not apply to subcontractors and third parties that the tenderer intends to use. PROOF: Upon submissionof the tender, the tenderer declares the absence or presence of circumstances within the meaning of - 2, item 45 of the additional PPA provisions by submitting to the EDES. The information is indicated in the scope of Part III, Section D of the EDES.

Participants who are companies incorporated in jurisdictions with aercial tax regime and their controlled entities. (Article 3, Item 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with Companies Registered in Preferential Tax Jurisdiction Jurisdictions, Controlled Persons and Their Real Owners (ZIFODRIPDTRTTDS), except when the conditions under Article 4 of ZIFODRIPTDS .
