Police Commissioner Offers Contract for Delivery of Ship Rental to the People's Mission in 2019.

Police Commissioner Offers Contract for Delivery of Shipwreck to the People's Mission in 2019. The ship will ship personnel, material and vehicles from the port of Copenhagen on 11.6.2019 with arrival at R-nne Harbor on 12.6.2019. During the crowd, the shipwreck will be at the Cruise Ship in R-nne and will serve as a base for police personnel, approx. 200 vehicles (motorcycles, passenger cars, buses, lorries, etc.) and equipment until 16.6.2019, where courses are being conducted against the port of Copenhagen-with arrival on 17.6.2019. The tender must therefore be a total solution that meets the needs of the Government Police.

Tenderer must provide a total annual turnover for the last three (3) available accounts, as the company has been established throughout the period. - The tenderer must submit an ESPD as a provisional evidence of the foregoing section 148 (1), (3) of the Public Procurement Actld. For a group of companies (eg a consortium), a separate ESPD must be submitted for each participating economic operator. Safeguarding bidder is based on the form of other entities, an ESPD must be submitted for each of the units on which it is based.

The police have chosen to bring the voluntary grounds for exclusion in section 137 (1) of the Procurement Act. 1, No. 2 for use in-This tender. - The tenderer will be excluded from participation in the tendering procedure if the tenderers are subject to one of the mandatory grounds for exclusion referred to in section 135 and 136 of the Public Procurement Act or the optional exclusion basis in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 2 unless the tenderer has provided sufficient evidence that it is palpable in accordance with procurement laws- 138.

Before the award decision, the bidder to whom the contracting entity intends to award the contract must provide documentation for the information provided in the ESPD pursuant to section 151-152 of the Public Procurement Act, cf. Section 153.
