Public supply of ships for delivery to the People's Party 2018

The Government of the Police provides a contract for the delivery of ships to the People's Party in 2018.

The police provide a contract for delivery of ships to the People's Party in 2018.

The ship will ship personnel, equipment and vehicles from the port of Copenhagen to R-nne Havn on June 12, 2018. During the crowd, the ship will be at the Cruise Ship in R-nne and serve as a base for police personnel, approx. 200 vehicles (motorcycles, passenger cars, buses, lorries, etc.) and equipment until 17 June 2018, where a course is being launched at the port of Copenhagen with arrival on 18. June 2018. The ship solution must therefore be a total solution that meets the needs of the Government.

The tenderer must provide a total annual turnover for the last three (3) available accounts, as the company has been established throughout the period. ESPD as a preliminary proof of the provisions of section 148 (1) no. 1-3, mentioned conditions. By a compClosing of companies (eg, a consortium) requires a separate ESPD for each participating economic operator. Safeguarding bidder is based on the form of other entities, an ESPD must be submitted for each of the entities on which it is based.

The police have chosen to bring voluntary grounds for exclusion in section 137 (1) of the Procurement Act. 1, 2 and 137, paragraph 1, item 7 of the presentThe tenderer will be excluded from participation in the tendering procedure if the tenderers are subject to one of the mandatory grounds for exclusion referred to in Sections 135 and 136 of the Procurement Act or the voluntary grounds for exclusion in section 137 (1) of the Procurement Act. 1, 2 and 137 1, No. 7, unless the tenderer has provided sufficient evidence that it is palpable in ovcompliance with section 138 of the Public Procurement Act.

Before the award decision, the tenderer to which the contracting entity intends to award the contract must provide documentation for the information provided in the ESPD pursuant to section 151-152 of the Public Procurement Act, cf. section 153.
