Systematic registration of a total of 5850 buildings in a total area of 3090 ha in view enrollment in the Integrated Cadastre and Land Register System for the Bolintin-De Joint Ventureie: - the registration of the buildings in the cadastral register, in the cadastral plan and in the land books. Equivalence for the participation guarantee deposited in another currency will be made at the NBR exchange rate on the dateThe bidder will provide a guarantee for participation in the amount of 14 152.00 RON without VAT, representing 1% of the estimated value of the contract form of formation of GP:
1. GP is constituted by bank transfer, or by a guarantee instrument issued under the law by a bank or an insurance company, which is presented in quantumand for the period stipulated in the awarding documentation. 1. By bank transfer or any guarantee instrument issued in accordance with the law by a bank or an insurance company that is not in special situations regarding authorization or supervision under the law within 5 working dayshas since signing the contract. By successive deductions from the amounts due for partial invoices. In this case, the contractor has the obligation to open an account at the disposal of the contracting authority to the state treasury unit within the fiscal body competent to administer it. Local Budget
Requirement 1.
The bidders, associations, third parties and subcontractors MUST NOT find themselves in the situations provided in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.
The way in which performance can be demonstratedof the requirement:
- DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with information related to their situation. The DUAE will be submitted, as appropriate, by the Associates, third-party supporters and subcontractors.
The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by the completion of the DUAE are to be submitted at the request of the contracting authority, only by athe first ranked middleman in the mid-term ranking to complete the bid evaluation.
These documents can be:
1. Establishing certificates for the lack of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation; The criminal record of the economic operator and the members�the management, supervisory or supervisory body of that economic operator, or those having the power of representation, decision or control within that entity, as evidenced by the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive instrument; Where appropriate, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in Art. 166 par.�(2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement; Other editing documents, as appropriate.
Special warnings:
1. In case of submitting an offer in association, each member of the association has the obligation to prove the fulfillment of the requirement by presenting the supporting documents, at the request of the contracting authority, by the on-site economic operator1 in the mid-term ranking of the bid evaluation; The following documents will be filed together with the DUAE: firm commitment of the third party to support the way in which its sustainability, subcontracting agreement and / or association agreement will materialize, as the case may be. Failure to do so with the DUAE is the basis for the request to clarifyfor the possible inadequate form of the information contained in the DUAE sections of both the bidder and the subcontractor / third party, this being necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the award procedure.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated:
- The declaration on own responsibility regarding the situations stipulated in art. 59-60 (Form No. 1) will be submitted with the submission of the DUAE by all economic operators (Bidders, Associates, Supporters and Subcontractors).
