Framework agreement with 4 subcontracts concerning delivery of communications services to the Digitalization Board

The Digitalization Board hereby provides a non-exclusive framework agreement with 4 underlying subcontracting agreementsSome of the Communications Services to the Digitalization Board.

This subcontract includes project-based solutions that may include elements from all of the remaining sub-agreements in a full-service solution.

This sub-agreement also includes strategy, analysis and project management aimed at major communication projects characterized by high degree of complexity, wide circle of interests and differentiationsDelegate 1 is selected as an umbrella agreement, which includes the services described under this sub-agreement, but also includes all the services described in the other lots. This is because it is this sub-agreement that will be used for major tasks and projects where er need to draw on many different competencies in a single task.

The Digitalization Board's needs include communication and communication resources in connection with a number of existing implementation efforts, where many stakeholders and end users must be informed, involved, system changes, etc.

Part 1 includes assistance in an integrated strategic approachDissolution, which provides analysis, guidance, project planning, campaign, media / press plan and content production as well as impact on all relevant channels and in all relevant communication products. In addition, provision is given in emergency situations.

There are 6 candidates nominated to bid for this subcontract, of which 4 bidders will be supplier of pa contract and thus could be assigned tasks during the duration of the agreement for four years.

Assignments from this subcontract are ordered as a basis for the execution of a mini-offer.

However, direct award must be made for the assignment of tasks with a total value of less than 100 000 DKK as well as tasks related to emergency press management, press release and press preparedness plans. The procedure for this is bas stated in the tender documents.

In continuation of the offer of part-deal 1, a mini-project regarding project management and a project team for communication in connection with the implementation of the Next Generation Digital Post is being implemented. The 6 highly qualified applicants will have to bid on this at the same time as an offer to arrive at the framework agreement.

The estimated value in section. II.2.6) is one-non-binding estimate. - Applicants must submit the single European tender document (hereinafter ESPD), stating the following information: - Applicant's total annual turnover in the most recent available financial year.

Alone for sub-agreement 1: - - Applicant's earnings before taxes in the latest available The ESPD serves as a preliminary proof that applicants meet the minimum eligibility requirements in relation to til Economic and financial capacity.

After selection of pre-qualification and no later than within the award decision, tenderers whose contractor intends to award one or more subcontracts must provide proof that the information in the ESPD is correct. When the contracting entity requests it, the following economic and financial capacity documentation shall be provided, safely thise is published by a public database:

- Statement of total turnover of the company in the most recent available financial statements, depending on where the company was established or started its business if the figures for this turnover are available. For an association of companies (eg a consortium), the information must be provided for each of the participating companies in the association. StallIf the company is in the economic and financial form of other entities (eg a parent company or a subcontractor), the information shall also be provided for these entities. In connection with the request for documentation, the contracting entity will submit a template for a statement of support which the applicant / tenderer may choose-to use.

Applicant must submit an ESPD as a preliminary proof of the provisions of section 148 of the Public Procurement Act, PCS. 1, No. 1-3, mentioned conditions. Before the award decision, tenderers to whom the contracting entity intends to award the subcontracts must provide evidence of the information submitted in ESPD pursuant to section 151-152 of the Public Procurement Act, cf..- 153.

In application for a pre-qualification, the applicant must indicate whether the application is in agreement 1, 2, 3 or 4. Applicants may apply for a pre-qualification for bore parts 2, 3 and 4, but if applicants apply for a pre-qualification of Part 1, can not this also be applied to Subsection 2, 3 and / or 4.
