Dienstverlening in het kader van het Bbz en de Ioaz

The purpose of the tender is to enter into an agreement with a contractor per lot for the contract `Services in the context of the Bbz and the Ioaz`.

Objective

To give substance to the statutory task that the municipalities have under the Bbz 2004 and Ioaz. On behalf of the college motivated, and well-founded decisions to be made on Bbz or Ioaz applications. A positive decision means providing temporary financial support to the (former) self-employed person, in the form of a living allowance and / or an (interest-bearing) business loan, insofar as this is within the framework of the legislation and regulations of the Bbz and the Ioaz is possible. WannBefore a loan has been granted for business credit, this must be collected in accordance with laws and regulations, whereby the contractor must ensure that, or take decisions where necessary, that this actually happens. If necessary, the contractor initiates recovery by the recovery employee of the ISD BW. Target group Start-up self-employed persons, established self-employed persons as well asolder and terminating self-employed persons within the meaning of Article 2 (1) (a) to (d) Bbz with financial problems who submit a Bbz application for assistance and who meet the formal criteria of the Bbz. company termination submit an Ioaz application and meet the criteria of the Ioaz.

- provision of information and information over the Bbz / the Ioaz to the client, authorities and citizens, where necessary mediate and / or refer;

- conducting an intake interview with potential Bbz / Ioaz customers;

- taking and checking Bbz / Ioaz applications;

Initiate and process / analyze external Bbz viability advice. Note: conducting the viability study itself is not part of this pelot.

- Assessing, reporting and having an application for Bbz / Ioaz,

- Imposing a repair period (in accordance with the General Administrative Law Act) if the customer fails to present or supply information,

- Assessing, reporting and having available of customer requests to change the payment of interest and repayment,

- Ex officio assess, report and dispose ofto what extent a Bbz loan must be converted into free assistance,

- Picking up internal signals from the direct debit system,

- If necessary, initiating a recovery investigation from the employees to recover from the ISD BW.
